A brand built around a wordplay concept — "Sham Shon" fuses "Samson," the legendary strongman, with "Sham," the historic origin of shawarma. That idea takes physical form as a mustached strongman mascot, "Shamshon El Gabbar," carrying the brand's tone of boldness and generous portions. The identity extends across the full system: packaging (wrap sleeves, delivery box), storefront signage, and outdoor seating branding, all built on a consistent red, gold, and navy palette with a festive triangle-banner pattern.
