A character-driven concept built around the restaurant's four core pizza types, mapped onto a ninja team of four. Each character reflects its pizza: an orange-masked ninja with a chicken-comb hairstyle for the chicken pizza, a red-themed butcher-knife-wielding ninja for meat, a blue sailor-styled ninja for seafood, and a yellow ninja holding melted cheese for the cheese pizza. Character illustration and packaging applied across the pizza box; logo typography, styled after classic ninja lettering, was designed by a collaborating designer.
